Yamanakako Exchange Plaza Kirara is about 100km southwest of central Tokyo. Most people take the highway bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal directly to Yamanakako, which takes around 2 hours depending on traffic. If you're driving, the Tomei Expressway to Gotemba IC and then Route 138 north is the standard route. Parking at the venue is limited during the festival, so the bus is genuinely the easier option. For ticketing questions, L-Tike handles all passes.
